Serge Danson Ndekezi is a passionate enthusiast of information technology with excellent technical and problem-solving skills. With solid knowledge in employing DevOps, continuous innovation, and managing multiple IT projects, he is a full-stack developer experienced in designing and developing Desktop, Web, and Mobile Applications. He is particularly interested in solving problems utilizing AI and Blockchain.

- Led a development team to build and launch the file processing services for the government’s smart admin project, providing the mentorship and technical guidance needed to ensure the system’s success.
- Guided the team through the move to a microservices architecture for the GSAS, which made the system more reliable and easier to scale, while coaching developers on how to work effectively with the new setup.
- Mentored and led junior developers to help them grow their technical skills and learn how to collaborate better as a team, focusing on their individual growth as well as our collective results.

- Intellex Data Exchange: Contributed to a cutting-edge API exchange and management ecosystem designed to streamline data exchange, secure APIs with robust firewalls, and monetize APIs.
- AI Legal Assistant: Built an AI-powered chat assistant for legal information using PyTorch, Python, and Angular.

- Led and mentored a development team in the design and delivery of the Government Smart Admin e-approval service, successfully streamlining complex approval workflows across multiple public and private institutions.

- Spearheaded project strategy and technology selection, defining optimized architectures while mentoring the team on best practices to ensure scalable and robust system design.
